• If your property/unit you are renting has had a lead paint inspection but needs repairs see Notice of Defect Form.
• Required educational materials to be distributed to tenants every two years:
• EPA's pamphlet: Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home , Proteja a Su Familia Contra el Plomo en el Hogar  (If unit was built before 1978)
• MDE's pamphlet: Notice of Tenants' Rights , Prevencion del enenamiento por plomo  (If unit was built before 1950 or is an "Opt-In" unit) On the last page of this pamphlet is "The Notice of Defect/Notice of Elevated Blood Level."
