Important Announcement

• The Department has issued a new general permit for discharges from marinas, boat yards, and yacht basins, effective on March 1, 2011.
• Renewal applications for coverage including a notice of intent (NOI), fee and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) are due by May 31, 2011 for any existing permited facility.
