Standard Rate 1.80% (excluding admin)
Disadvantaged Community Rate 0.90% (excluding admin)
Other subsidies (loan forgiveness/grant) may be available if the service area is classified by MWQFA as a “Disadvantaged Community”.

-Up to 20 years (up to 30 years for Drinking Water SRF Disadvantaged Communities). |
| Administrative Fee, |
5% of the aggregate debt service divided by the number of administrative fee payments over the life of the loan, and is collected annually. This amounts to approximately 0.47% increase in the loan interest rate. The administrative fee is to cover Program operating expenses.
