Grant Administrators and Loan Officers assists local governments with understanding and complying with the applicable regulatory and programmatic requirements associated with the funds received. The grants administrator reviews contracts between local governments and their vendors, approves procurement processes when applicable and reviews and approves disbursement requests under the various grant and loan programs. The loan officer has administrative responsibility over loan origination and loan execution by the Maryland Water Quality Financing AdministrationТs State Revolving Loan Funds.

Project Management provides technical and managerial assistance to local governments with the final application through the completion of the construction and project closeout.
