53. Middletown School

Introduction

The Middletown School site is a 0.7 acre emergent wetland created as part of a schoolyard education program at a new school located in Middle Potomac River – Catoctin Creek (02-14-03-05) watershed of Frederick County.    

Construction

This project was completed in Fall 2006 with through the cooperation of the Maryland Department of the Environment and the school.
