Marine Contractors Licensing Board to host Stakeholder’s Meeting on July 30th
The Marine Contractors Licensing Board is hosting a stakeholders’ meeting to discuss draft regulations (Click here to access the draft regulations.) developed to implement the provisions of the Chapter 286 of the 2010 Laws of Maryland, which requires the licensure and regulation of marine contractors (Click here to access the law.) The meeting will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Todd Performing Arts Center at the Chesapeake College. The College is located off of Routes 50 and 213 in Wye Mills, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. (Click here for directions.) In addition to discussing the draft regulations at the stakeholder’s meeting, the Board is also accepting comments and suggestions on the draft regulations through August 17, 2012.
