Special Condition F requires compliance with a Dry Open-Cut, Dam-and-Pump Crossing Method Description.  A copy of that description is provided in the below file.

Special Condition I requires implementation of MDE’s Best Management Practices for Working in Nontidal Wetlands, Wetland Buffers, Waterways, and 100-Year Floodplains.  A document describing those practices is provided in the below file.

Special Condition J requires implementation of certain Enhanced Best Management Practices.  A document describing those practices is provided in the below file.

Special Condition K requires implementation of certain Advanced Best Management Practices.  A document describing those practices is provided in the below file.
