HURRICANE SANDY EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATIONS AND GUIDANCE
The Maryland Department of the Environment and the Board of Public Works have issued emergency tidal wetlands authorizations that will enable Marylanders to replace structures lost or damaged during Hurricane Sandy. Similarly, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued Special Public Notice Number 12-85 on October 31, 2012 addressing repairs to public and private property damage caused by the storm. |
